Profile  BPD has worked regularly with developer clients on new-build and conversion projects and has a broad understanding of adopted and emerging planning policy including listed building policy through several schemes working with historic and listed buildings. BPD has also undertaken several community projects involving public funding. Recent projects include a new commercial kitchen and dining facilities within a community centre and clients include the YMCA and The Church of England.
