Conversion of Grade II listed barns dating back to 17th Century into 6 large dwellings.
The existing external and internal fabric was restored with the introduction of modern open plan interiors.
The existing barns were in an array of dereliction which involved careful surveying of the brickwork and timber of each barn. Each timber was surveyed and failed members listed for repair. To satisfy the conservation officer, the structural design introduced reinforcing elements at key areas so that failed trusses and other internally exposed timbers could all be retained.
