This conversion of a Grade II Listed former Farmhouse in North Warwickshire has started on site after gaining Planning Approval and Listed Building Consent. The house will be split into two self-contained cottages and is being sympathetically restored using salvaged and matching materials. The project is due to be completed in Spring 2013.
